 2013 Leaders of America

Summer Employment
Ages: 14-16
City Council District: 3, 4, or 5
Registration Monday - Friday - 8:30 to 5:00 pm
507 E. Mayfield Blvd.

   

Leaders of America program will provide teens with the experience of working in a high-demand career. Participants are required to attend a one week orientation that will include financial literacy taught by a local bank.  Participants will then be placed at work sites for 20 hour work week and paid a hourly minimum wage stipend.  Work sites will be located throughout San Antoino.  Participants will also attend bi-weekly peer-to-peer meetings. Note: transporation is not provided.

*Orientation (required, unpaid:   June 17-21, 2013

*Work Assignment (paid):          June 24-August 2, 2013

* Parents 2012 Tax Return with W2's
